Jennifer is a Clinical Counsellor & Psychotherapist who provides Individual, Couple & Family Counselling. She is a Clinical Member of PACFA and an Accredited Clinical Supervisor. Jennifer has had her own private practice for over 10 years and has been a Lifeline counsellor.
Jennifer uses a person-centred trauma-informed approach to therapy, integrative in approach, drawing on modalities that resonate with her clients; Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Gottman's Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness.
Jennifer has a nonjudgmental, empathetic, and holistic perspective, where each person's uniqueness is valued and embraced in a supportive environment. Her therapy style is integrative and nurturing, emphasising the individual's ability to clarify their problems and arrive at their own solutions in a collaborative and empowering way.
