Jenn is experienced in assessment and treatment of a range of mental health concerns, with particular expertise in treating complex presentations from age 19 up, including: complex trauma, PTSD, substance use, grief/loss, mood/anxiety disorders, emotional dysregulation and personality disorders. Jenn’s approach to therapy is individualised to each client’s needs. For many clients, childhood trauma shapes and forms responses to current situations, and may underlie distress and difficulties.
