I'm the practice Owner, Director & Principal Therapist of Wild Calm Therapies. People who reach out and connect with me, are usually womxn or LGBTIQ+ adults, with difficulties in self, relationship, family, career, community or identity, or professionals / leaders in human services or health and medical fields. These folks are usually already highly reflective and have a readiness and willingness to work on issues affecting and surrounding them. Therapy is a form of self-care, self-love and self-investment.
I help you identify the systemic, structural and environmental elements impacting on your situation. I specialise in viewing the person in their environment and understand the intergenerational cycles of trauma and marginalisation. I'm passionate about my specialities in family violence, homelessness, LGBTIQ+ issues, and womxn's health and wellbeing matters.
You are the expert in your life, and our work is completely driven by and centred around you. I aim to give you optimum choice and control in our therapeutic relationship. I follow your pace and respect your pathway. It is an honour to walk beside you and help you to harness and activate a life that you want.
