I support people who have experienced complex trauma, domestic and family violence, interaction with the criminal justice system, housing and financial insecurity, substance abuse and complex mental health issues.
I am particularly passionate about working with personality disorders, episodes of dissociation, and First Responders/PTSD. I really enjoy working with young people who are struggling with friendship groups, self-esteem and confidence and anxiety.
I am trained in a range of therapeutic modalities including DBT, CBT, Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Psychodynamic approaches. Currently undertaking EMDR training
I have 14 years industry experience spanning across private practice, government and non-government organisations. I have worked within child protection, homelessness, drug and alcohol, complex mental health, criminal justice, chronic health conditions, domestic and family violence, youth programs, First Nations communities and LGBTQIA+ communities.
I am warm, empathic and collaborative in my work. I bring a sense of creativity and humour at times and I am truly passionate about being a therapist. I am warmly welcoming new clients.
