Hi. I am passionate about people knowing they are seen, heard, have value and a purpose. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to be that safe space where one can find shelter to do the work of reseeing, restoring and revisioning, a process often difficult amongst the demands of life. I am committed to helping my clients find wholeheartedness, self-compassion and self-understanding of all the parts that make our whole - and in knowing, bravely take steps toward a life of freedom.
Having a background as a Registered Nurse, (psychiatric, occupational health, remote) before Counselling, I believe in a holistic approach to health and have witnessed newfound emotional freedoms translate into newfound physical freedoms.
Using a tailored, trauma-informed, client-centred approach, I will collaborate with you to reach your goal, no matter how big or how small, each is a celebration.
