Hello.
In befriending our story, we befriend ourselves, and the ways we protect suddenly make sense.
I am passionate about helping individuals rediscover clarity, identity, strength and purpose. Offering a safe, sacred space, my clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they engage in the reflective work of healing and growth. The therapeutic connection is central to my work, whilst you re-see, restore and re-vision. I am committed to helping my clients find wholeheartedness, self-compassion and self-understanding of all the parts that make our whole - and in knowing, bravely take steps toward a life of freedom.
With dual training as a Counsellor and Registered Nurse, I offer a trauma-informed, holistic approach to wellbeing. Drawing on CBT, IFS, ACT, DBT, and psychodynamic/somatic models, I provide a safe and supportive space where your goals (big or small) are the primary focus. Together, we work toward your emotional well-being and personal growth and clarity.
It takes courage and an emotional risk to step out and ask for help. Given that you are on this page, I encourage you to continue pursuing your health. You matter, how you feel matters and seeking support is a strong and hopeful step forward. Kindest regards, Jen
