I am a Clinical Psychologist experienced in supporting people with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder and relationship difficulties. I have worked with emergency service personnel such as police and paramedics, individuals having experienced accidents and bullying at work, men and women struggling with emotional, relationship or drug and alcohol problems, as well as parents and carers of young children needing parenting support. I also enjoy working with couples therapeutically.
I use various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as psychodynamic therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy. I focus on building a trusting relationship with clients and aim to understand complex beings shaped by their life experience. I am committed to working with people across a range of cultural backgrounds, LGBTQIA+ people and minority groups.
