About

Feeling overwhelmed, run out of steam and can't cope? Feel stuck, lonely, and isolated? In conflict with a loved one and feeling hurt? Has your history of trauma caused distress, chronic pain and substance use, and does your guilt and shame prevent you from living the life you want? We can work together therapeutically to gain insight into your distress and the conflict you suffer. Through this process, you will come to know, love and accept yourself. You will also learn how to improve your most important relationships.
By understanding the significance of hidden trauma, early attachment issues, and applying an emotionally focused lens, you will gain insight into the narrative of your thoughts/feelings/responses. You will also be able to improve the dynamics of your most intimate relationships, and increase your emotional resilience and self-esteem.
Please know that these feelings are natural aspects of the human condition. If my words resonate with you, in some way, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. Your sessions will be conducted in a gentle, person-centred, non-judgemental manner.
