About
My journey of adversity, grief, loss & marginalisation led me to uncovering the intelligence of our brain & nervous system. Via my insight that 'repeatedly talking 'about' my challenges didn't serve me, I specialised in body-based creative modalities. I focus on body-based processes that ground us in the tumultuous inner world and regulate us in the outer environment I am an expert in inviting creative expression, building strength & somatic resourcing and sensory bottom-up awareness. I affirm all abilities, gender preferences, cultural identities and neurodivergence. I am interested in adapting the therapeutic processes to meet U.
My therapeutic style is open, warm & collaborative. You can bring all of YOU to me in your inner and outer world. I offer you a truthful presence & affirming voice to OWN your body, mind, gender, identity and relationship. As someone straddling multiple identities, including a parent, racial minority, migrant and female. I can be your ALLY.
Through in-search and practice, I have discovered the critical role of somatic anchors, creativity, spontaneity and imagination for mental health & emotional well-being. Most people assume that intensive work happens when you see a talk therapist, I can assure you that the most transformative healing occurs while engaging our curiosity, imagination & play.
