I am a clinical psychologist and psychology supervisor. In my 10 years of practice, I have developed skills and experience in offering trauma therapies (particularly to adults with childhood trauma), acceptance-focused therapies, and working with persons from queer communities. I offer a non-judgmental and accepting therapeutic space, where you can feel safe to explore the things that have been hard to figure out on your own. I offer therapy for clients facing post-traumatic stress, grief and bereavement, issues faced by persons from queer communities, ageing-related issues in older adults, intimacy and vulnerability issues in relationships, maladaptive schemas from childhood trauma, and adult ADHD.
