Are you looking for something different to traditional sit & talk therapy? A non-clinical space that celebrates your way of being creatively human? I offer 1:1 Nature-Based Sessions, for creative, empathetic & multi-passionate people who long for a sense of belonging, who feel soothed by nature & fuelled by creative expression. Sessions are Diversity Friendly, Trauma Informed & Person-Centred. Weaving together Embodied Conversations with Nature & Creative Expression, you are supported to find new paths that may diverge from the expected & move towards more self-trust, connectedness and creative expression - on your terms.
I have a warm, nurturing presence & my compassionate communication style helps others feel comfortable to talk freely without fear of judgement. I draw on 15 years of experience as a therapist, as well as lifelong experience as a multi-passionate & creative person, with my own lived experience of shifting mental health & of doing life a little differently.
This blend of coaching & counselling is for folks who may have enjoyable outside lives, yet wish to deepen their relationship with self & self expression. Choosing a 1:1 support space is deeply personal. It needs to feel like a good fit for you. If you’re resonating, I would love to connect with you to learn more about you & see how I can best support you.
