Thoughtful psychological care grounded in insight, dignity, and compassion -
I work with adults (18+) experiencing complex psychological concerns affecting health, relationships, and overall wellbeing. This includes neurodiversity (ADHD and dyslexia), anxiety and mood difficulties, life transitions, health challenges, and the emotional impact of change and stress.
Some people seek support during difficult periods; others wish to deepen self-understanding and improve patterns in relationships and daily life. Therapy offers a respectful and reflective space to explore meaning, strengthen emotional understanding, and move toward more engaged living.
My approach is relational and strengths-based, drawing on psychodynamic psychotherapy alongside cognitive, behavioural, and solution-focused therapies. My work is collaborative and paced, supporting insight, psychological development, and growth through reflection, understanding, and self-directed choice over time.
Appointments are available Monday-Friday.
