With more than 20 years experience working in trauma, community mental health, and as a former school psychologist & Headspace clinician, I offer powerful psychological therapies and tools to overcome whatever issues are causing distress and impact negatively on your ability to cope with your life. I work with people struggling to cope with depression & anxiety, family & domestic violence & trauma including first responders & victims of crime, or needing help with a new direction or career, school-based issues including bullying, identity and parenting, serious illness & chronic pain, or wanting to be the best version of yourself.
I assist clients from pre-teens, adolescence and adults. I specialise in helping clients who have experienced trauma, or feel stuck or trapped within their current life circumstances, or who have tried therapy in the past and it hasn't helped. I utilise evidence-based treatments including EMDR, CBT and Mindfulness that is specific to your situation.
I provide a safe, non-judgemental and therapeutic space from which to help you make sense of your symptoms, understand why they have developed, and work collaboratively with you to develop a sense of control over your life and relationships.
