Hi, I am Janine – a clinical psychologist offering both telehealth and F2F services. I believe it is critical that clients feel safe and supported in therapy to make lasting changes in their lives. I use evidence based therapies and adopt a strength-based approach to my work, recognising that we all have abilities, knowledge and capacities that help us function in the world. I work with my clients to identify and build on these strengths while also helping provide new understandings into difficulties, and tools to address these.
Having worked as a psychologist in various public, private and not-for-profit mental health services I have acquired a broad range of knowledge and clinical skills to provide quality psychological services to individuals presenting with a wide range of concerns.
I have a particular interest in supporting individuals to recover from PTSD, and have worked directly with individuals and communities impacted by human and man made disasters, as well as veterans and current serving members of defence.
