Many of the people I work with are carrying heavy experiences—living with PTSD, struggling through grief and loss, or facing thoughts of suicide. Some are children who may not have the words to explain their pain, but need a safe place where they can feel supported and understood. My clients often come to me because they want relief from overwhelming emotions, clarity in times of confusion, and hope when life feels unbearable. What they’re really seeking is to feel safe, to be heard without judgment, and to find a way forward. Together, we work gently and practically toward healing, resilience, and a renewed sense of possibility.
I offer Suicidal Counselling, Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD. Person Centered Therapy always. Trauma and play therapy for children. General Counselling.
You will be heard and understood.
