About
I am a Clinical Psychologist who works in a collaborative, warm, genuine and non-judgmental way to assist people with reaching their goals. This can mean working with someone who is experiencing mental health difficulties as a result of mental illness or a challenging life event or helping a client who is relatively ‘well’. My aim is to provide people with the knowledge, skills and strength needed to make sustainable and meaningful changes in their lives. My practice involves providing psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults experiencing personal, emotional, behavioural, social, educational and/or occupational issues.
i love working with children and adolescents. I also have a special interest in working with people who experience anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and specific phobias across all ages. Further, I have extensive experience in treating mood disorders, behavioural regulation, adjusting to diagnoses (medical/disability) and parenting support.
To relate is “to make or show a connection between,” and that is my first goal. It can be hard and overwhelming identifying and expressing our thoughts and feelings, but you have already taken the first step. I look forward to hearing from you. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
