Hello, I'm Jane. It is my aim to provide a safe and supportive place for people who are experiencing challenges that are impacting on their wellbeing and living their life in the way they choose. I work with people from all walks of life and my practice is underpinned by values of compassion, kindness, integrity and respect.
I have a special interest in perinatal mental health, including anxiety and depression, perinatal trauma, adjustment to parenting, perinatal loss and grandparent grief. I also have experience working with trauma including PTSD, chronic health conditions, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue. I am a Lyme Disease literate practitioner.
I am also a Registered Nurse and bring many years of experience working supporting people with their health. I have worked in both metropolitan and rural areas. My working experience has crossed all stages of the lifespan and I take a holistic approach to care, considering biological/physical, psychological and social factors in assisting my clients.
