Online individual & group therapy for socially anxious teens including those impacted by anxiety, autism, shyness, bullying, sensory, cognitive & receptive language issues. Teens say that they enjoy the "judgement free space", the belonging in the group - as their confidence grows their social anxiety diminishes & their social skills develop. Parents say that teens are willing to attend, that they feel accepted & their skills improve. Jane also provides Family Therapy, Couple & Individual therapy, Tuning Into Teens groups for parents to build their skills in bringing up teens.

Teens are matched to groups that suit them. Groups are small, personal with 2-5 teens. We create safety, then practice social skills while talking about teen stuff of theirs/the groups' choice. Groups are 45-50mins after school between 4-6pm. We meet first 1:1 to start the work together. We work out what's happening & then work out plans together.

The Teen groups are easy & confidential. They are like friends hanging out together. You don't have to talk about things you're uncomfortable about & it's usual to be shy at first. We work out together how to have a safe, non judgemental, friendly & respectful group. You don't have to be the same as the others to be accepted. No-one is left out. We have fun.

Friendly, welcoming semi-structured & experiential groups for Teens years 7-8, 9-10, 11-12 Australia-wide & overseas. Groups for social isolation, social skills & friendship skills. After we agree about how to have a safe space together the groups are like friends hanging out together. Teens with ASD, Shyness & Anxiety, Depression, Confusion, Cognitive, Language, Sensory deficits - all very welcome. 45-50mins groups are weekly online for different age groups. 2-5 young people per group. 25+ years experience, high retention.
