Hi I'm Jim O'Connor clinical psychotherapist and relationship therapist. I help people overcome the challenges they face in their relationships. If you're someone who is single and wishing to get into a relationship but you don't know how to find the right person, then I can help. If your in a relationship and you want to create more connection, I can show you how. If you're in an abusive relationship and you don't know if you should leave or stay I can help you decide and I will support you what ever you decide. If it has anything to do with dating or relating in the modern world I can help.

I will listen to your situation and explain to you a strategy that will help. You can then decide what you would like to do. I use positive Interpersonal and Cognitive Behavioral Psychology so you can trust that it will be effective. In my experience most people need practical understanding and strategies to help them navigate their situation effectively.
If you're someone struggling to know what to do in your relationship I will help you find answers that right for you. If you're someone looking to get into a relationship but you need help identifying the right person I will be able to help. No matter what your relationship problem or concern I'll be able to help you work out the way forward.
