With over twelve years of experience as a professional counsellor my passion is to support people with a broad variety of personal issues in their lives including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, stress and workplace issues.
One of my special area of interest is relationships. This includes assisting clients navigate relationship issues related to communication, conflict, connection, infidelity, trust, intimacy and parenting. Another area of interest is supporting men to identify what is challenging them in life, and working toward new attaining their goals for a better life.
