I work with both individuals and couples from a client-centred, trauma-informed approach. Many of the people I see are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, ADHD, relationship struggles, substance use, life transitions, existential questions, and the deep loneliness that can come with these experiences. I especially enjoy supporting highly sensitive people, and those who feel a pull toward exploring their deeper truth.
In our work together, we might gently uncover your needs, move through fears and concerns, and explore different parts of yourself. My hope is that this process helps you come back to your centre, so you can live with more ease, joy, and fulfilment. At the heart of my practice is offering a warm, empathic, and understanding space.
