Hi I'm Jade, an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker based in Carina. As a social worker for over 13 years, I have had extensive experience working with young people aged 12-25 and more recently I have enjoyed working with adults and older adults experiencing a variety of concerns. I am confident to support people with a variety of mental health concerns including but not limited to; depression, anxiety, family conflict, difficulties with emotion regulation, anger, suicidality, self harm and eating disorders, as well as exploring how gender, sexuality, identity and neurodiversity intersect with mental health.
I offer a warm, kind and human approach to therapy. I work with people and meet them where they are at, and always encourage space for feedback and dialogue, never assuming I know all the answers. Hopefully these parts of my practice allow you room to feel safe and comfortable to reflect, share and work together.
