I'm an experienced humanistic psychotherapist who specialises in working with clients with attachment issues, addictions, low self-esteem and trauma. I have worked both in private practice and the public sector to help people overcome difficult patterns and situations and come to a better understanding of themselves and what they are wanting out of life.
In my practice I draw upon different modalities and I tailor the therapy to the individual. The modalities that I draw from include psychodynamic, somatic and person-centred psychotherapy.
For me the most important part of therapy is that you feel safe and seen within the therapeutic relationship. If you feel we might be a good fit please reach out for a phone chat and we can talk through your situation.
Currently I am only offering online or telephone sessions and I am not able to offer the medicare rebate.
