About
I have a passionate interest in helping people to explore their life concerns with compassion and open-mindedness. By understanding our own thoughts, feelings and sensations better and getting in touch with our heart felt values, we can explore how to live our lives more authentically. Often our very own 'inner critic' can get in the way of us living our best lives, and I use evidenced based skills from Mindful Self Compassion training to help my clients to become their own coaches and advocates. I am able to sit deeply with difficult emotions and allow a safe space for clients to open up and express themselves fully.
