I am a psychotherapist and counsellor and the founder and Clinical Director of Haven Counselling and Psychotherapy. I offer a safe and confidential space to help you work through and resolve the issues you are facing which bring you to therapy. Working collaboratively, I help my clients establish more balance, connection, understanding and a greater sense of well-being in their lives. I specialise in helping people manage a range of issues including: relationship and family issues, grief and loss, depression, trauma, stress and anxiety. I use a combination of therapies to help my clients, including emotion-focused work, somatic therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy. I have a compassionate and collaborative approach which is trauma informed to create saftey.
Many people have never experienced the safety of an unconditionally accepting space to work through their issues. My life was transformed by experiencing this myself, and I endeavour to pay it forward in the work I do to support others.
