Hello and a very warm welcome. It may seem a little daunting as you begin this journey in to counselling. This may all feel a little scary especially if you haven't tried counselling before but rest assure, this journey can be a very rewarding experience. I offer online counselling to best accommodate today's busy lives. My goal is to continue to see you progressing and moving towards your desired goal/feeling. Maybe you are needing coping skills to resolve a specific problem, or you need a safe place to feel listened to and supported. Whatever the reason, It all starts with a simple conversation. That’s all it ever needs to be!
Each session is tailored individually for my clients through an understanding of their personal needs and goals. I incorporate various counselling modalities into my practice such as ACT and CBT, but my sessions are always consultative and collaborative. This means I'll always introduce any suggested interventions to you the decision maker before diving in!
I understand today’s unique mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression and body image. I support clients through the aftermath of trauma and help clients to heal and reclaim their lives. I support clients with their grief and assist clients to continue their bonds with their deceased loved one. Call me and we can begin the journey together!
