I enjoy working with young people (12-17 years old) and adults (18+). I believe in the healing benefits of the therapeutic relationship and the mind’s ability to recover. I am interested in establishing and maintaining a therapeutic alliance with my clients, while utilising compassion focused interpersonal (IPT), cognitive behaviour (CBT), and dialectical behaviour (DBT) therapy techniques.
