I provide individual therapy and, where appropriate, family-based support. Therapy can support change when anxiety, depression, PTSD/c-PTSD, disordered eating or other problems are impacting your life. Treatment focuses stabilisation, understanding the problem in the context of your life and relationships, supporting you to identify your preferred ways of being and living, and empowers you to take the needed steps forward.
I am an Accredited Social Worker (AASW) and a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (ANZAED) with over 15 years’ experience across youth mental health services, schools, and specialist programs. My am trained in a range of evidence based modalities and my work is grounded in narrative therapy principles.
My approach is collaborative and transparent. We work to develop a clear understanding of the difficulties you are facing, the factors contributing to them, and a plan for change.
