Precision Mind Psychology works with adolescents, young adults and families who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood—navigating anxiety, ADHD, identity, behaviour issues or the impact of past trauma.
Clients may be questioning why they feel different, struggling in school or work, or unsure how to manage complex emotions or relationships.
Jack has experience with families, assisting with management of behavioural issues in children, family dynamics or relationship concerns,
We will help our clients to gain clarity, self-understanding, and tools to cope better—not just quick fixes.
Precision Mind uses evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Eye-Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), schema therapy, behavioural management and much more.
Precision Mind also provides formal assessment to assess and diagnose ADHD and learning difficulties (such as Dyslexia).
Precision Mind is a private practice run by Jack Halse, who is an approachable and relatable professional that is easy to build a relationship with. Therapy can feel daunting, but my role is to meet you where you’re at—with no pressure or judgment.
