I believe when we feel genuinely heard and understood, we are able to access greater insight, healing and sustainable change. I have a special interest in supporting clients with anxiety, burnout, stress, complex trauma, relationship difficulties, neurodivergent experiences (Autism, ADHD, OCD), negative self-image and perfectionistic tendencies. I work with clients who want to better understand themselves and heal from the roots of their presenting challenges, as well as learn and adopt evidence-based strategies to help them live a more meaningful life in accordance with their goals and values.
I offer a safe and authentic space where you can feel comfortable expressing your inner experiences without fear of judgment. To help facilitate growth and transformation, I draw from powerful modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye-Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Schema Therapy.
Finding a therapist you gel with can be a daunting task. To assist with this process, I offer a 15-minute complimentary meet-and-greet so you can see if we vibe and ask any therapy-related questions you may have :)
