I am passionate to help clients overcome their challenges and take meaningful steps toward a better future. By exploring clients' internal conflicts and working on underlying vulnerabilities, I assist clients in finding ways together to alleviate or solve them.
I have experienced working in both public and corporate counselling settings as well as private practice for over 8 years. Prior to that, I had worked in a corporate sector in Japan for 5 years. I have experienced with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, addiction, adjustment problems and relationship concerns.
I offer a non-judgemental and empathetic space to clients. Enhanced through my own experience, I have a profound understanding of and sensitivity to the issues of people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. I offer sessions in both English and Japanese. I'm also a provider for Victims of Crime, WorkSafe(VIC), WorkCover and CTP claims(QLD).
