By integrating various modalities—including psychoanalytic psychotherapy (depth psychology), integrative psychotherapy, sleep difficulties and EMDR—I strive to cultivate a safe and effective therapeutic environment where transformation can truly thrive. I am well-equipped to assist clients with a wide range of mental health issues, including complex presentations, general stress and anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, sleep disorders trauma and attachment, and I aim to help individuals find meaning in their lives.
I am a Senior Clinical Counsellor(PACFA), psychoanalytic psychotherapist, and supervisor with Advanced Clinical Training (NZAP). With 22 years of professional experience, including over a decade in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).
