I've been in the field for 20+ years and began my counselling private practice 'Unveiled Stories' in 2015. I help couples who are having such issues as communication failures, falling out of love, invasions of an external problem, and disconnection. I help individuals deal with crises of confidence, understand (and stand up for) themselves, manage workplace problems, and date from a place of self-love.
As a narrative therapist, I don't believe 'you' are the problem. No one is. I work with you as a couple or an individual to define and then externalise problems, so we can talk about them without blame n shame. I can help you improve communication by slowing down your thoughts, feelings and bodily reactions so you can speak and listen as you choose.
