We provide counselling and psychotherapy for individuals and couples, delivered by registered psychologists. We can help if you are experiencing: depression; anxiety; excessive stress; loss or grief; problems with conflict; distressing relationships; addictive behaviours; chronic pain; or traumatic memories. We aim to assist our clients not just to recover from mental health difficulties, but to also experience: greater self-acceptance; enhanced well-being; more satisfying relationships; and a more meaningful life.
We understand that deciding to see a psychologist for help with personal difficulties is often not easy. But if you feel you would like to make some positive changes in your life, then we will collaborate with you to make these happen.
Medicare rebates apply for our services if you have a current Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, such that there will be a modest out-of-pocket fee. We are also registered with Worksafe, TAC, DVA and NDIS, and for these referrals there is no out-of-pocket fee for the client.
