My focus is Relationship Counselling. I have completed a Grad Dip in Relationship Counselling and a Specialist Course in Couples Therapy with Relationships Victoria/Australia. I have plenty of life experience and will skilfully work to help you navigate emotional issues, alleviate stressful outcomes and successfully attain your best case scenario.
I know how hard it can be to see the positives. We often place the blame on ourselves or others and layer that with guilt or shame. Together we will reflect on what's happened, recognise strengths and vulnerabilities and gain a stronger sense of what you might need to act on for your relationships sake.
