My ideal client is one who is looking to make sense of their experiences and how they function or operate within their world; one who is open to learning about themselves, to make changes and to improve skills to better relationships with themselves and those around them. Their issues may be varied and include anxiety, attachment issues, bullying, communication, divorce, emotional regulation, family functioning, fractured relationships, grief, infidelity and stress, among other issues that may present. Assisting clients to set out a treatment plan and work together to achieve their goals are important aspects of the journey.
Having a Bachelor of Education alongside my Masters degree means I can offer a holistic approach in the way a treatment plan and therapeutic process work together. I offer a step by step process working towards achieving a better and sustainable outcome for my clients. I specialise in Couples Counselling and have years of experience working with children.
My life has included many challenges and difficulties. This enables me to understand how much of a struggle it can be to overcome issues which we find ourselves having to deal with. Daily life, relationships and work can result in anxiety and stress which inhibits our ability to operate at our full potential. I can help you be a better version of yourself.
