Nav is a skilled and compassionate clinical psychologist with extensive experience. Nav is also a board-approved supervisor and is available to supervise psychologists, provisional psychologists and clinical registrars in a broad range of therapies. Nav draws on evidence-based interventions, including Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance, and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Insight Oriented Therapy.
