Many clients are presented with psychological and emotional symptoms of depression and anxiety disorders. These symptoms are usually a manifestations of underlying issues and unhappiness they may have been experiencing. They often sought help to get relief from such symptoms. In collaboration with the client, assessment and goal formulation, the underlying issues maybe identified and dealt with.
I provide a holistic counselling service that takes into account client's Body-Mind-Spirit. The counselling aims to assist the clients to identify the causes of the current challenge/s and inner strengths in order to make a conscious choice to overcome them and work though towards transforming their life.
