***WAITLIST FULL*** I provide online/video therapy specializing in working with adult individuals experiencing complex, chronic or extreme mental health issues. Such mental health issues arise out of an entangled and sometimes unknown mix of external and internal factors. The impact of our histories and mind states reverberate through all areas of life, and we can become disconnected from the inherent state of health and wisdom within us. I aim to provide clients a space and effective tools for them to reconnect to this internal place of health and wellness, in order to thrive even in the presence of inner and outer difficulties.
I have 18 years experience working in the mental health field with adolescents and adults from culturally and socially diverse backgrounds across an array of clinical and other settings. My work is informed and inspired by these experiences along with extensive professional training, mind-body/spiritual traditions, the natural world and lived experience.
As a Contemplative Psychotherapist I work from a foundation of relationship, awareness, wise compassion & appreciation of the sociocultural climate we live in; integrating tools from various evidence-based modalities as appropriate for each client.
