Hi, I’m Isabelle, an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with a deep passion for helping clients struggling with their mental health navigate life’s challenges.
I am currently accepting new clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan. My practice now offers bulk-billed video or phone appointments (no cost to you). Face-to-face appointments are conducted at Melbourne Therapy Rooms in Thornbury, with an out-of-pocket fee applicable for in-person sessions (after Medicare rebate).
I seek to create a compassionate, collaborative space where you can feel heard, build resilience, and move towards meaningful, lasting change.
With over six years experience in acute mental health and youth counselling, I draw on evidence-based approaches to support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, amotivation, trauma, OCD, ADHD/neurodiversity, workplace stress, grief and loss, relationship challenges, identity and self-esteem concerns, and other life stressors.
