I am a warm and non-judgmental Psychologist who is very passionate about helping others overcome challenges and reconnect with themselves. I consider the therapeutic relationship a powerful healing source, striving for compassion, respect, and openness, rather than taking an expert stance. I work with individuals from ages 15 and above, and have a particular interest in trauma, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD and immigrant's difficulties.
My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered and integrative, focusing on each one's unique needs. With foundations in existential psychology, I have completed additional training in trauma-informed therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I have experience working in the public and private sectors, including Foster Care System, NDIS providers, Not-for-profit organization and Private Practice, and have worked with individuals from all walks of life.
