I’m Iris, a Clinical Psychologist and Certified Advanced Schema Therapist.
I work with individuals who feel stuck in patterns that are hard to change. I have experience supporting people dealing with chronic or recurring anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, perfectionism, work stress, and complex PTSD. I also have a special interest in Migrant Mental Health. I value authenticity and strives to be a heart-centred therapist who genuinely cares about clients' therapeutic needs. I believe that therapy can help foster personal growth by cultivating insight, courage, and compassion.
I offer a warm and collaborative space to explore recurring emotional patterns using evidence-based approaches. I predominantly practise Schema Therapy and insight oriented approaches to help clients understand the roots of their struggles and create lasting and meaningful change.
