I have extensive training in the integrative approach to psychotherapy and more than a decade of expertise in the practice of yoga and bodywork. For this reason, I work with both mind and body awareness. I draw upon different evidence-based models and theories to create a treatment that addresses your unique experiences and concerns.
I work with individuals and couples for a wide range of concerns such as, but not limited to, anxiety & depression, relational difficulties, attachment repair, low self-esteem, lifestyle issues, somatic disturbances, trauma, PTSD & C-PTSD, grief and loss, and migration issues. I also am fluent and provide therapy in English, Italian, Spanish, and French.
