We are a team of dedicated therapists with a wide range of training and special interests, who work with clients from young children to older adults. In the health industry and particularly within mental health care, we understand the relationship between yourself and your therapist is crucial in working to achieve your goals - which is why safety, connection and attunement are at the core of our practice. All of our therapists are highly trained and use evidence based treatments such as CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR and Schema Therapy. We offer individual and group therapy as well as assessments for learning difficulties, ADHD and Autism.
Our therapists use evidence based approaches to assist clients with general and complex mental health difficulties, general life stress and adjustment and neurodivergence. This includes difficulties such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, impacts of single incident and complex trauma, eating disorders, behavioural challenges, Autism and ADHD.
