Having worked extensively with victims of crime my focus these days is largely on supporting survivors of trauma regain control over their lives. Impacts of trauma can be debilitating and life changing. A specific approach is needed to help people back to themselves again. I am strongly committed to helping my clients to create the change they desire within themselves and their relationships. My approach is collaborative, respectful and non-directive ensuring you come away with an outcome which fits your goals of counselling
I am an insightful and empathetic counsellor with over 25 years of counselling experience. I work from a strengths-based, trauma-informed, solution-focused framework with a lens sharply focused on helping clients to achieve their very best through gentle, collaborative exploration.
