We have extensive experience supporting individuals recovering from trauma and integrating difficult life experiences using evidence-based approaches, including EMDR. Our approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, creating a safe space where clients can deepen self-understanding, develop practical tools, and move toward meaningful and lasting personal growth.
Our approach to mental health is contemporary, evidence-based, and integrative. We offer trauma-informed and attachment-focused therapies (EMDR, Schema, and Somatic therapy), along with third-wave cognitive therapies (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Compassion-focused therapy), which I combine with a humane professional approach.
