Jennifer is a registered Provisional Psychologist who has completed a Master of Professional Psychology at the Australian Catholic University. Jennifer has experience working in crisis support with individuals across the lifespan. She also has experience working therapeutically in school settings and private clinics with young children, adolescents and adults. Jennifer offers therapy and a range of cognitive, ADHD and behavioural assessments for children and adults.
Jennifer is interested in working with individuals with a range of mental health issues including but not limited to neurodevelopmental disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, stress and adjustment issues, and grief and loss.
Jennifer provides a respectful, empathetic and safe environment conducive to helping clients gain greater understanding of themselves and their environment, empowering them to develop effective skills to help improve their well-being. Jennifer utilises CBT, ACT, Strengths-based Therapy, mindfulness and self-compassion techniques.
