How would you like your therapy journey to be? I believe that therapy, when approached with intention and care, is a fulfilling journey through which deeper self-understanding, connection, and personal growth emerge. I am an experienced trauma therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families across varied life experiences. I draw on my extensive experiences from working internationally with diverse communities. I offer a compassionate and professional service that helps clients understand their challenges and create lasting, positive change.
Together, we will work collaboratively with insight and understanding, balanced with my skills and your knowledge that help you manage emotional distress, strengthen boundaries, and restore a sense of safety in your body. You remain in control of what and how much you choose to explore. I also carry out family and workplace relationship mediations.
What you share of your trauma story is your choice—I’ll meet you where you are, to support and build strength, for meaningful change for you. I employ a holistic, client-focused approach that integrates Narrative Therapy along with, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment needs and somatically informed Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
