How would you like your therapy journey to be? I’m an experienced trauma therapist working with individuals, couples, and families across diverse life experiences. My international work with varied communities has shaped a culturally sensitive, compassionate approach. You will find a professional and supportive space where you can safely explore challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy, approached with intention and care, becomes a fulfilling journey toward deeper self-understanding, stronger connections, and personal growth.
Together, we will work collaboratively with insight and understanding, balanced with my skills and your knowledge that help you manage emotional distress, strengthen boundaries, and restore a sense of safety in your body. You remain in control of what and how much you choose to explore. I also carry out family and workplace relationship mediations.
What you share of your trauma story is your choice—I’ll meet you where you are, to support and build strength, for meaningful change for you. I employ a holistic, client-focused approach that integrates Narrative Therapy along with, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment needs and somatically informed Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
