Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving you unsure of how to move forward. You may be navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or struggling with self-worth, relationships, or a deep spiritual disconnect. You want to feel heard, understood, and empowered to reclaim peace, stability, and purpose.
With over a decade of experience as a Christian Counselor, I integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches with faith-based principles to support emotional healing, deal with everyday struggles and personal growth.
My approach blends evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing with Christian principles to create a holistic, compassionate space for healing. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or struggling with self-worth and relationships.
Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need a little extra support to navigate through difficult times. Whether you’re facing relationship issues, family conflicts, professional roadblocks, life transitions, friendship issues, or personal struggles, I’m here to journey with you through it all.

Self-Compassion and Mindfulness

Self-compassion and mindfulness group therapy aims to help people cultivate a more compassionate and accepting attitude toward themselves and their experiences. It combines the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion, which are both beneficial for emotional well-being and resilience. Self-compassion is the practice of treating oneself with warmth, gentleness, and fairness, especially when facing difficulties or challenges. Self-compassion and mindfulness group therapy involves a series of sessions where participants learn and practice various exercises and techniques to enhance their self-compassion and mindfulness skills.
