As well as talk therapies, I love to use eco and expressive art therapies when my clients are open to them. These modalities can be both really efficient, bringing problems and solutions into focus quickly, and effective, addressing issues in ways that bring real change. I find teens often enjoy the opportunity to work with expressive arts approaches.
